Al Franken Teaches Us About Democracy

It looks like Al has lost to Sen. Norm Coleman.
Coleman leads by 340 votes. Plus Coleman had challenged 188 more votes than Franken. So if they were to accept all challenges, Franken is toast.
But, like out left wing friends here in Canada, the voter’s choice won’t stand in the way of the lust for power.
Team Franken openly talks about taking the challenge to the Senate itself, to get a rejection of the expressed will of Minnesotans.
Another fine example of how certain people of a certain political stripe will use whatever means possible to get their way – and the voter gets shafted again.
Ooops – they just discovered some more missing ballots. Starting to sound a lot like Al Chavez is at work in Minnesota.
