This just doesn’t pass the smell test for me. I was there in the seventies and we didn’t say many of the things the narrator says; ie. Smokey McBongwater. Keep in mind that in the seventies McDonalds wasn’t the gigantic cultural entity that it is today.

Yeah, it looks like the blending of a lot of 30′s,50′s 60′s anti-marijuana films put on by the various departments of education in the U.S.
The best reason for not legalizing marijuana I can think of is that it would deprive a clearly indentifiable minority of a way of earning a living,in violation of the Blessed Charter of Rights.
Which minority? The Hells Angels,of course.
