Honestly, this was a big thing in January, I am surprised you din't hear about this, but then again, you're on the west coast... and a large number of us complained, and we actually got a probe started through CRTC, and just got the ruling in our email boxes (the link is here: http://www.cbsc.ca/english/decisions/2009/090423.php ). The ruling says they did something wrong (didn't post Viewer Discretion warnings), but that they can't do anything about it. Whoopdewoop. Welcome to 2009!
