Has David Suzuki Lost The Battle?

February 24th, 2010 Posted in activists

David Suzuki is getting grumpy in his old age. He tries his best to  make the environmental case – at any cost.

His argument is getting more animated, and his facts are getting fuzzier. Give him his way and we’d all be exterminated.

He’s obviously still stuck back in the 60′s and wants us all to go back there with him. DDT saved lives, but eco-nuts like Suzuki just will not admit that their whole movement was built on a lie, and continues to be built on lies. I bet he still thinks Trudeau is a hero.

  2. Steve Says:

Remember Eco FaciSuzki is the darling of the CBC and until they quit labaling climate skeptics as deniers and start informing Canadians about the global warming fraud he has not lost the battle

  3. CanadianSense Says:

How much more will the TD fund David’s organization research, suggesting we should invest taxpayers dollars for AGW?

Anyone been watching those Carbon Markets set up by the Banks?

Somebody is going to have to pay for that bad investment. Credit card and banking fees going up again?

  4. FREE Says:

He needs to share a jail cell with the other climate scammers.

In a word, “Yes”. Suzuki has lost the battle. It must drive him insane, watching the Olympic Flame, burning constantly, releasing all of that wonderful CO2 into the air.

Does Suzuki have any scientific credentials?

I can see why David Suzuki was voted “The most trusted person in Canada” by a reader’s Digest poll.

First, his passion about the subject, his speaking ability, and the authoritative way he presents his argument. He’s almost a Japanese version of Obama.

Suzuki will be believed by almost everybody who views this video. Most people don’t spend hours every week blogging, and are completely unaware of facts counter to those of the MSM.

I’ve spoken recently to staff from my MP’s office, and members of his board of directors. They are intelligent, well informed people, who had only vaguely heard of some minor protests about the data that formed the basis of the AGW movement and the IPCC’s stance on global warming.

I gave them a list of websites to check out the recent revelations, and hope they did. Bloggers are acting like the Hadley E-mails and other “climategate” exposees have debunked the AGW “myth”. “Suzuki has lost the battle”.
    Not bloody likely.

It’s wishful thinking at its most dangerous, and people like Suzuki and Gore still have the way more influence than any blogger, especially concerning governments. Gore in the US and Suzuki in Canada are icons of the environmental movement, respected by the Establishment.

They are STARS and their every word carries huge weight. Government, which is the only body we need be concerned about influencing,is still stuck on AGW/Climate Change as FACT. The revelations are considered a minor blip in a “settled” science. Ask Jim Prentice.

We are starting to make inroads, but to analogize to World War 2, we have landed in Normandy,we’re on the beaches, and we still have along way to go to Berlin.

Keep active in debunking AGW, write your MP’s,MLA’s,the PM’s office, your local media, and whatever you do, don’t think for a minute the battle’s won. There is too much money at stake for both the Big Government and Carbon Credits trading, trillions of dollars in taxes and profits.

We’re in a lull in the storm, much like Great Britain during the “Phony War” of late 1939 and early 1940. In the Spring of 1940 came the blitz into Belgium,Holland, and France, and suddenly the War wasn’t so “phony” any more.

    @dillion

In a word the answer to your question is NO.

He graduated with a teaching degree in biology. With that he taught Grade 12 science for a number of years in Vancouver.

He was given “honorary degrees” for the TV program on the CBC. Go to the wonderful “wiki” article on him. According to the article he would have been 19 years old when he picked up a PhD. It says he earned it at the University of Chicago. Then go to the Suzuki Foundation and see what it says about him.

When you put the above mentioned together he would need to easily be 150+ years of age. Scientists that I have known during my life will put a link to their alumni. At the very least their is a short article posted on the Net to their thesis. With Suzuki it is all masks and mirrors with no real facts.

We were suckered into this maggot science by the CBC. It is now at the point where we are heretics when we question their methodology. When I stood and asked a question at one of his rants in Vancouver someone threw a water bottle at me. Another TV celebrity becomes a “scientist” while the honest scientists are silenced.
