I called it before Don Cherry did:
It was a dirty hit because Havlat never touched the puck. Absolute interference and it should have been a suspension. I don’t understand why hockey players feel the need to try and end the careers of others. It adds nothing to the game.

Absolutely a penalty. Intereference, because he never touched the puck.
