DUCK

Tasty, moist, crispy skin you can actually die for and you can eat duck from rare to well done.....

Duck beats out turkey 10 times out of 10.  I have a duck defrosting in the fridge right now. Christmas day supper is going to be just amazing....

But if you insist on turkey - brine it for 12 to 24 hrs.  Even the worst kitchen spazz is going to have a hard time drying out a brined turkey.</description>
