How to Short The TSX

You may have noticed that every time Obama speaks the market tanks. Looks like his big speech may cause the Dow to fall in the 6,000 range.
The TSX seems to be a day behind.
You might want to try a ’short’ strategy around this.
Seems like a safe bet.
