It Has Never Been this Low – Ever.
Great to know that at a time in history when you need them the most, approval of the US Congress’ job performance is down to single digits.
The latest Rasmussen Report found that only nine percent (9%) give Congress good or excellent ratings, while 54% give the legislature poor marks.
Just one-out-of-50 voters (2%) think Congress is doing an excellent job.
Take out the margin of error, and it’s safe to say that Congress has completely lost the confidence of Americans.
A separate Rasmussen survey released last week found that voters view politicians as being more corrupt than CEO’s of major corporations by a 48% to 25% margin.
Safe to say that Barry has a few challenges ahead. The Obama Voters really believe that he, with a Congress of proven idiots, can bring Change.
Now that change is looking like it won’t pan out, it’s time to focus on the second message of his campaign – HOPE. Because they’ll need to hope that a miracle comes along.
Maybe Americans will wake up to the fact that they have elected a Congress of idiots – and without Bush to blame, they’ll start throwing them out of power in the next election cycle.
