During a WWF commercial featuring some guy by the name of Noah Wyle (Don&#039;t know him, but I would assume he&#039;s an important enough guy in someone&#039;s circle to pay to do this spot...), it was brought up that polar bears are hungry and dying off in record numbers, but giving the WWF my money (about $16/month) would stem a problem that nobody really even knows exists.

I&#039;m pretty sure Noah Wyle (Once again, whomever he is) does make weekly visits to the Arctic to keep an eye on things, though.</description>

		<description>We heard this report on CBC, followed by an indignant response from an Inuit to the effect that &#039;canibalism happens and this is just another case of ignorant southerners making a fuss about nothing&#039;.  Actually, any look at animals will show you many instances of adult males killing cubs, usually so as to mate with their mothers.  The canibalism bit is a new twist.</description>
