I wonder is he had the “cut” done down under or could it possibly be a case of “shrinkage” of the severe kind. That CBC guy should be able to tell us the naked truth.

why the big shock,for several years now Toronto has the pride parade where naked males get to flaunt their sex organs in front of little boys while the Mayor and Police Chief endorse it as Cultural and not Child-Abuse or the quasi-Paedophilia that it really is.
A Judge even ruled in favour of this Child-Abuse as a Charter Right for Gays to express Pride.
