Now, I may be getting old and hard of hearing, but I would swear he claimed that the 15 billion a year in new taxes was going to allow him to balance out the social inequities in Canada through changes in the personal tax rates. I guess this means that all the soccer moms who are so enamoured of the Liberals had better start pinching pennes because the only place he can get the money he needis is by taking out of the hide of the middle class.
