I have serious doubts about Saskatchewan ever becoming a hot tourist destination. Here in Toronto for example, tourism is way down from peaking about 10 years ago. If Saskatchewan wants to spend its money wisely it should have used the cash to build a hockey rink in the province and spend a small amount putting up a small building or even share with Alberta or Manitoba. Anyhow, what the hell has the olympics become now, like Expo??
