I'd be more optimistic if he was more forth coming on the issue, instead of having Baird blather on about CO2 reduction like some brain dead NDPer insulting our intelligence and picking our pocket for "green technology" incentives. After all Harper got us into bio-fuels which is not only less energy efficient than the petroleum it replaces but cuts into the world food supply, pretty stupid by any measure. I’d be more concerned on whether Harper signs it.
