I am President of Vancigs and would suggest you are the SCAM not VANCIGS.

We have tabled the offer to contact us and we will refund your money assuming you are even a legitimate customer and have heard nothing from you!!!

I have over 1,000 customers in the lower mainland and hundreds of references attesting to our support and warranty offering.

So again, I will refund any expense you feel is owed if posted here and you actually contact us.

However, I doubt I will ever hear from you as you are not legitimate and the actual SCAM here…not Vancigs

i just checked craigslist i have bought 4 different models and i reccomend strongly the ego its the best unit by far.
