Supreme Court Rules Against The Liberals.
Now we know the real reason behind changing the name to “Employment Insurance”. It allowed the Liberals a way to keep upping the fees on the employed… and by miliking this tax system, they were able to create a surplus.
Remove this theft of funds, and you’ll see the real picture of how poorly they governed Canada through the years of growth.
Today the courts ruled against the Federal Government on the overcharging of EI.
They ruled the Liberal Cabinet – not Parliament – illegally collected EI premiums for three years — 2002, 2003 and 2005 – and overcharged business and taxpayers of $54.1 billion by 2007. (Not that we’ll see a cent returned).
The Bottom line is that they cheated Canadians to create a surplus. It’s just another example to add to the ever growing list of how the Liberals shafted us.
The good news is that Harper has corrected this wrong in the last federal budget by creating a new Crown corporation to run the (un)employment insurance system. They can’t use it as a slush fund anymore.
The new program restricts the use of the EI fund for EI benefits only, and limit premiums to the amount needed to cover the cost of EI, plus a $2-billion cushion.
So that probably means we’ll need to wait a few years to see the real savings.
Remember this next time you hear of how the Liberals gave us all those great years of surpluses.

This is about another “crowning glory” of the 13 years of Liberal stupidity and treasonous actions against the workers and business community of this country.
Never in the history of Canadian politics have we seen such a corrupt government as the Liberals were in their last 13 years of power. To re-elect this party in any near future election would be a travesty to Canadian justice and morally bankrupt by the voters of this country. Welcome to Cuba #2. Viva the CPC

And to think that all the MSM are still backing these sleazy corrupt Liberals.Are liberal followers that corrupt also that they haven’t seen this and left the party.What about guys like Dryden,an honest man if i ever saw one and very intelligent.What makes him remain with a corrupt party???Is it just because his parents were liberal,or is it a bad gene in their blood that makes them turn a blind eye to Liberal corruption.ANYONE have an answer.

Canadians say they vote liberals because it is a ‘family tradition’ which the liberal party likes to hear.
But I wonder if those traditional liberal voters think for one minute that they are exempted from being stolen from by the liberal party.
As far as canadians know, all canadians were stolen from by the liberal party of canada. And every time liberal voters return the liberals to government the more the liberals steal. these people are not stupid- you are. Anyone who allows a thief to steal from him day after day and still welcomes him into house-you derserve what you get basically putting it what you are telling the thief you have no problems with him stealing from you so why not the liberals.
The liberal party of canada are heavily involved in corruption:ADSCAM, EI SCAM, UNDEMODRATIC UNELECTED COALITION SCAM.
Until we put an end to the liberal party by removing them, they will never end with their corruption not as long as their corrupt MSM backs them up.

I was severely injured November 2004, the treatment that I have been subjected to from workers compensation in Saskatchewan is unbelievable horrendous. WCB went above and beyond the call of duty to deny me any medical help for my multiple spinal injuries and shoulder injuries. I was returned to work driving a semi-truck on morphine and oxycontin in extreme pain that escalated and caused me sleep deprivation. I nearly ran over a car on the highway due to driving on the meds which caused me to become disorientated. I literally was an accident waiting to happen. Workers Compensation denied any help that multiple physicians requested for me, a neurosurgeons 10 recommendations for my rehabilitation were denied. No retraining, No medical help, Nadda, Nothing but DENIAL after DENIAL.
Finally my Doctor sent me to Canada Manpower for retraining and I was denied HELP all over again, due to no money in the EI fund I have no future, and my children have had to quit all sports programs as their is no money for this, their is no money for any dental help, and we have been denied any help from everyone in any government office.
Suicide is starting to look pretty good, as the canadian heath system has left me in chronic pain, 28 doctors to diagnose the first spinal injury, 45 doctors later the second spinal injury was diagnosed, I have seen over 100 doctors to date and still have not had all my injuries diagnosed due to workers compensation and their “Culture of DENIAL”
I pity anybody who has suffered a work injury and has had Sask WCB screw them over, with their BLATANT BAD FAITH CLAIM ADMINISTRATION …
Millions of dollars in surplus funds, yet i am denied everything and anything and canadian citizens lives have been placed in DANGER by returning me to work on Narcotic meds, WCB is again returning me to work driving a semi-truck, please watch out for me as I doubt that i will be able to avoid a accident.
