I am pleased that Jim Prentice is finally saying that Canada is about to be signing on to any stupid agreements. I remember picking up fossil ferns and dinosaur bones from the area around Drumheller, Alberta as a child on Sunday drives. Humans are not capable of intervening, as the parameters of human-induced climate change remain only theories, some of them very bad. It is true that we have changed the landscape in the name of "progress", so let's mitigate pollution and excessive waste, while allowing sustainable growth. The earth and sun will change the climate on earth on its own schedule. The CO-2 theory is the worst one yet. Meanwhile, I would like to have a warm house in winter and drive 1-2000 km. a year without paying off the third world who live in huts, increasingly hate us and don't need heat.
