Guess what, the website is a 3rd party Site at www.recol.ca and in order to file my report they wanted my email address and for me to set-up a User-name and password to file a report. Well DUUUHHHH! , my internet service is the problem because hackers broke into my PC and made Phone calls via my dial-up Modem . Bell waited for the bill to hit $500.00 , but even after telling them the calls weren't from me the bill ran up to the $1000.00 mark and "It's your problem" . I now unplug the dial-up and they froze my Long Distant feature. They claim the calls were billed to my Number which is a landLine , as if I didn't figure that out already when the payment-Warning came in.
