Let them try. There are not enough cops to enforce all the new laws they are coming up with.

If the UN is involved….Run like hell!
This ridiculous tax is just the thin edge of the wedge by which the UN will raise taxes at any time they like once any agreement is signed, and the signators will find that the fine print binds them to accepting the increase.
This tax will not, of course, affect any but the western democracies as everyone else will get a pass for the same reasons they got a pass on the Kyoto protocols. Since western Europe is starting to wake up to the inequities of the cap and trade debacle, the UN is slipping this in as another means of introducing their social leveling policies.
As for the Monsanto sponsored garden inspections. Anyone wanting to inspect my private garden had best be wearing body armour.
