Every time I come to visit my friends in Canada they would have these chips. But the last time I went we bought the other kind and god those were horrible. Glad to see they're back... but at the same time disappointed they're not being made in the US. Oh well.

That's fantastic news! I grew up in Northwestern Ontario where Old Dutch was the staple as far as the "Chip of Choice" went. Then I moved down to Southern Ontario. I couldn't find Old Dutch chips down here if my life depended on it!

I later found out it was because the competition was removing all the Old Dutch product from the shelves and replacing it with their own. Humpty Dumpty I believe was the culprit.

Anyhow, not too long ago I noticed that Old Dutch was suddenly on the shelves down here and I saw the Old Dutch Chips using Humpty Dumpty BBQ Flavor. I was very concerned that Humpty Dumpty managed to shoulder out the Old Dutch market and bought them out, using the Old Dutch product name with their content. I was notably relieved to find that the reverse was true in that case. That Old Dutch had bought out Humpty Dumpty and dismissed their brands leaving the BBQ Chip the last hold out of that franchise that had so disenfranchised me as a consumer.

Still, it was a lesser chip in my opinion, so I'm thrilled to see this news!
